WHAT OTHER RUNNERS ARE SAYING
Coach Sam’s running technique analysis and course helps me to run on uphill and downhill in a more natural way. The warm up workouts and drills are uncommon but it really helps on cutting down my soreness, injuries and recover faster. My training is now lesser but more effective.
I learned pose method running a year ago from books. And it really bringing me to different level if compared among my runner friends.
From the post method class, the most important thing I learn is my weakness in running form- slightly over stride, imbalance of hamstring strength, balancing problems. That’s why I appreciated professional coaching for me to run longer distance with lesser effort.
I knew nothing about running until I met Coach Sam. Sam is always helpful and willing to share his knowledge. I learned technique of running, which not only improved in my timing but help me to enjoy running injury free. I also get to know other running buddies so that I don’t feel bored training alone.
At 50 I realized that I needed to start on my bucket list. One is to do a marathon. I trained by myself and almost died running hm which took 2hr 19min. Then I met Sam. I could go on forever about how much the training helped me improve. Instead I will say, in a few months I completed a fm, 100km trail ultramarathon, PB my hm in 1hr 53min, and a 1/2 ironman. That’s right, I did it after a 1.9k swim & 90k bike. All this with almost no injury at my age!!
